Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Jobs First (the “Service”), operated by [Company Legal Name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Jobs First lets you define job searches that we run on a recurring basis and delivers matching public job postings to you by email and/or webhook. We do not guarantee that any particular job, volume of jobs, or delivery timing will be available.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Clerk).

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is offered on a paid subscription of $8 per month following a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged and the subscription will renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell the Service, abuse or overload it, circumvent rate limits, or use it for unlawful purposes. Webhook endpoints you configure must be ones you control.

6. Third-Party Data & No Affiliation

Job listings originate from third-party sources, including LinkedIn. Jobs First is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any listed employer. Listing data is provided “as is” and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
